Roof Inspections 

Roof inspections are visual, non-destructive evaluations based on observable conditions at the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing. Because concealed damage beneath roofing materials or structural components cannot be identified during a standard inspection, additional issues may only become apparent once roofing materials are removed. If hidden conditions are discovered during the project, additional repairs or adjustments to the recommended scope of work may be necessary and could result in a revised estimate. 

Roofing Estimates

We provide roof inspections and estimates for residential and commercial roofing projects throughout Utah. Estimates are based on the information reasonably available during the initial inspection and the property’s visible conditions at that time.
If hidden damage, code-required repairs, permit requirements, or owner-requested changes are identified after work begins, the project scope and pricing may need to be revised. All work begins only after a written proposal or contract has been approved.

Building Codes and Manufacturer Requirements

Roofing work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes, manufacturer installation requirements, and the terms of the written project agreement.
